Hyperextension of the carpus, resulting from either acute trauma or repetitive chronic trauma
Ligamentous injuries.
Carpel joint luxation or subluxation.
Carpal fractures or dislocations where reduction and adequate joint stability cannot be achieved.
Shearing injuries to the medial or lateral collateral ligaments or carpal bones.
Severe carpal arthritis.
Radial paralysis where elbow can be extended
Distal humeral fractures
Distal tibial Fractures
Pantarsal and Intertarsal arthrodesis

Features

Screw holes are located to match well with the anatomy of the canine carpus
Plates designed with one size screw in one end and smaller size of screw in the other end.
Smaller screw sizes are placed in the metacarpal region thereby reducing the chances of iatrogenic fractures.
Plate is fixed with cortical screws.
Also available in round holes.
